Pero, para describir lo que es el yoga realmente, deber\u00edas empezar a considerarlo la &#8220;tecnolog\u00eda de la conciencia&#8221;. El yoga te da las t\u00e9cnicas de c\u00f3mo empezar a ser consciente de qui\u00e9n eres y cu\u00e1les son tus posibilidades; adem\u00e1s, te ofrece las herramientas para superar tus l\u00edmites inconscientes y conectar con tu verdadero interior, integrando las partes f\u00edsica y mental que existen en ti.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;15px&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">In Kundalini Yoga, we work with exercise sets called Kriyas. Each Kriya is designed to work on specific physical parts of your body (specific organs, your nervous system, the endocrine system, bone and the muscle systems) or energetic parts of the body (the electromagnetic field, the mind, etc.). Working on these can for example stimulate creativity, help you concentrate better or release stress accumulated in your body. Durante las primeras etapas de mi terapia me recomendaron hacer, como complemento, mindfulness. Se trata de una t\u00e9cnica que te hace concentrarte en tu respiraci\u00f3n para que puedas, cuando afloran pensamientos, identificarlos y, as\u00ed, volver a poner el foco en tu respiraci\u00f3n. Durante las primeras clases, me ven\u00edan a la cabeza millones de pensamientos de manera agobiante, as\u00ed que no pod\u00eda permanecer tranquila. Sin embargo, con el tiempo, empec\u00e9 a concentrarme mejor y, a veces, hasta me acababa durmiendo al final de la clase debido al estado de relajaci\u00f3n que alcanzaba. los beneficios del Mindfulness.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;15px&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Cuando prob\u00e9 mi primera clase de yoga Kundalini, esperaba enfrentarme a una actividad f\u00edsica, y no cre\u00ed que la meditaci\u00f3n y la relajaci\u00f3n fueran parte de ella. Lo que experiment\u00e9 fue una hora y media de t\u00e9cnicas de respiraci\u00f3n (un ejemplo es la respiraci\u00f3n de fuego, utilizada a menudo en Kundalini, que consiste en respirar por tu nariz como si tratases de apagar una vela tantas veces como te sea posible) que se iban realizando en distintas posiciones, algunas m\u00e1s dif\u00edciles que otras. Cuando tienes que concentrarte en tu respiraci\u00f3n, comprobar si tus brazos est\u00e1n a 60 grados, tus piernas encima del suelo, pero rectas, eso s\u00ed, y revisar si tus abdominales pueden aguantar otros 20 segundos, dejas muy poco espacio en tu cabeza para pensamientos del tipo \u201c\u00bfqu\u00e9 deber\u00eda hacerme para cenar?\u201d o \u201c\u00bfqu\u00e9 tengo que resolver hoy?\u201d. El Kundalini te hace trabajar todos estos puntos a la vez, y eso es lo que lo convierte en una pr\u00e1ctica genial.
